Create portal in workspace¶

There are two ways to create a portal inside the workspace:

• Using portal wizard page
• Add portal button expandable left menu (shortcut)
• Use create portal buttons in the portal (cloning)

Workspace: Everything creators need to launch, manage and showcase a successful experience campaign.

Portal: Dynamic portals are used as a landing page for quests, campaigns, or projects. Each portal is the face of a project.

What is a project and its relationship with portals?¶

Projects are like folders in your operating system, You can group experiences in projects. The project owner can decide to create and publish a portal for each project. The portal can be parked or published on demand.

Personal VS Team portal¶

You may create a portal with or without a team. If you don't create the portal in a team it will be a personal portal and it is listed in the Personal option in the "team bar".

Create a project without a portal¶

Projects are just portals without published portals. The first step to creating a portal is to create a project. If you stop after the first step of creating a portal you got yourself a project.
